Miles Francis is an artist and producer born and raised in Manhattan, New York. From their first drum lessons at age 6 to performing at Carnegie Hall, they have dedicated their life to music: touring the world as a member of Antibalas, Will Butler + Sister Squares and EMEFE; releasing an album as a solo artist in 2022, which Billboard called "quirky and indelible;" and playing on stages and late night TV with artists such as Sharon Jones, Angelique Kidjo, The Roots, Nile Rodgers and more.
Around 2014, Miles began DJing afterparties while on tour and quickly grew a style all their own. Whether it's 2000s throwback jams, 90s hip hop classics, 80s diva pop or 70s Afrobeat - even adding live percussion when the mood strikes - there are no bounds to Miles’ creativity as a selector. Miles maintained a years-long monthly residency at Tribeca's Belle Reve and spun on The Lot Radio before signing on with 74 Events in 2018.
